I fuckin love the colours, how did you render the waist and knees, Did you blend it, I've been looking at your art and trying to replicate that way of rendering and i cant get it right.

If you don't mind me asking, do you have any tips for drawing muscles and making them look 3D?, whenever I draw muscles they look super flat like someone took a marker to there chest to make them look like they workout

its mostly in the line weight, like areas where theyre tighter try making the lines thicker, and the roundness of the muscle parts should be thinner etc. pinterest is a good place to find good guides
